The Fourth Trimester

It has officially been three weeks since I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. While I am enjoying newborn cuddles and adjusting to joining the mom of two club, I’m still feeling the aches and pains of giving birth both physically and mentally. This is what I like to call the fourth trimester, most commonly known as postpartum.

Becoming a mom is easily the most amazing journey I have ever experienced, but that doesn’t mean there hasn’t been challenges. Postpartum life is a journey within itself and any mom can tell you how easy it is to forget to take care of yourself, especially in those first months of motherhood.

That is why I’m excited to share this “Fourth Trimester” box from Bump Boxes. The “Fourth Trimester” box is curated for moms who have just entered postpartum life. It has a spa-like theme that is very much needed during the first few weeks of bringing home baby.

Practicing self-care in the fourth trimester is just as important as practicing it during pregnancy.

Self-Care With Bump Boxes

For those of you who don’t know, Bump Boxes is a pregnancy monthly subscription box for moms. What’s great about Bump Boxes is that they are specifically tailored to your due date so you get products that are actually useful to you during your pregnancy.

Upon opening the “Fourth Trimester” Bump Box, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had gotten full sized products. I was expecting to get the sample sized beauty products like most subscription boxes offer. After finding the retail prices for each product, I valued everything at over $75. That’s $75+ worth of products for less than $40 with a subscription and guess what? They’re all products I will actually use.

Get Pampered Monthly

If you are a pregnant mama, I highly recommend trying out this subscription box. I wish I had looked into it even sooner. Most moms-to-be are busy getting things ready for baby so they don’t take the time to pamper themselves. Well, Bump Boxes is a great way to spoil yourself or a soon-to-be mama you may know.

With the holidays coming up, Bump Boxes is a great gift idea for expecting mothers. It would even make a great baby shower gift as you are able to shop their boxes based on the trimester.

Head over to bumpboxes.com to check out their shop and use my Bump Boxes coupon code RAQUEL40 to get 40% off your first box and free shipping when you sign up for a monthly subscription.
